Whether you are a parent worried about your child's "picky eating," weight, growth, and/or relationship with food and their body, we are here to help.

Our mission is to provide information and support through our course's 12 self-paced modules so that parents feel more grounded in how they approach food in their homes. These 12 modules have been designed from our 20+ years of experience each in the field of pediatric nutrition and eating disorders.
